Gothenburg

Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden; it is situated on the west coast of the country at the mouth of the river Göta Älv. Gothenburg is an old city and was founded in 1621 by the king Gustav II Adolf. Liseberg is an amusement park in Gothenburg; the amusement park is situated in the centre of the city since 1923 and is one of the largest of its kind in Scandinavia.
