Coloane is one of the two main islands of Macau other being Taipa, Coloane lies to the south of the Macau peninsula, beyond the island of Taipa, Coloane is famous for its beautiful beaches of fine white sand, Coloane can be reached from the mainland on the Macau-Taipa bridge and from Taipa .
