Lamu

Lamu town is the largest town on Lamu Island and the oldest town in Kenya, where as Lamu Island is a part of the Lamu Archipelago of Kenya, Lamu is located 265 km north of Mombassa and is Muslim dominated also it has it’s own different culture and beliefs, Lamu is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for visitors there are beaches, mosques and also many other attractions like Lamu fort, town square.
