Alcazar offers a meeting room for over 40 persons, and arrangements to supply refreshments and hot beverages on request.The 38 well-furnished rooms all have city-scape views, air conditioning and central heating. Each room also has an en-suite bathroom/shower, a color T.V (with satellite channels) and direct dial telephones.

In 1993, Alcazar started a major renovation project that took a total of three years.
Now, after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, Alcazar has a brand new heating and cooling system, a redesigned bar and state-of-the-art reception desk. The dining room has undergone a face lift, as has the meeting room and all hallways and lounge areas.
Enormous work has been done on the bedrooms, as well, from new Simons beds to fresh sheets and bed spreads, to a complete overhaul on utilities.
Further improvements are undergoing study at the present time. The management plans to spend some time on a new rooftop dining room, a bigger kitchen, and a number of minor projects that will ultimately raise the level of the hotel by several notches.

Ownership and Management:
Alcazr's biggest asset is its people. It is owned and founded by Mr. Yunes Mahmoud, operated by his two sons: Mr. Nader Mahmoud, the general manager and the supervisor of advertising and public relations, Mr Sameh Mahmoud, the assistant manager. The customer can be sure to find at least one of the above to cater to his or to her need at any given moment.
