Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is a historic city on the Adriatic Sea coast in the extreme south of Croatia, the historic centre of Dubrovnik is a UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1979, the old town of Dubrovnik was completed in the 13th century, Dubrovnik is one of the popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic with a seaport.

Old Town

Old Town has some wonderful great sites, beautiful old buildings, friendly people, good weather and more, also the scenery is amazing from the city walls, a stroll along the old town is a good deal.

Ancient City Walls

A walk around the Ancient City Walls gives some great views of the old city and the coast, the site is well preserved a major factor in Dubrovnik’s UNESCO listing, the walls dates back to early 7th century.

Mljet

Mljet is a beautiful green island in the Dubrovnik archipelago, Mljet is a highly forested and is only 30 km (15 miles) of Dubrovnik, Mljet is the largest island in the Dubrovnik archipelago, for visitors there is lots of natural beauty there are lakes, Mljet National Park and more here.

Rector's Palace

The Rector's Palace is just south of Luza Square, the building is quite impressive with beautiful arches, the palace also houses a museum.

Franciscan Monastery

Franciscan monastery dates back to the fourteenth century, the monastery has a large complex, the monastery was built first in the 13th century. The new monastery building was started in 1317 under the protection of the defense walls, today the complex has a church, a beautiful courtyard and a museum.
