Santiago

Santiago is the capital and the biggest city of Chile. The city has a beautiful backdrop of snowcapped mountains of the Andes; the city was founded in 1541 and is the oldest city in the country. Santiago is on of the best and modern capitals in the whole of Latin America and has a lot to offer to travelers like the museums, La Moneda Palace. Parque Forestal, Hidalgo Castle and more; also within an hour from Santiago one can find many outdoor opportunities like, hiking, skiing, hot springs and more.

Parque Metropolitano

One of the best destinations in Santiago, Parque Metropolitano is a big park. The park can be reached by a cable car or a long hike; one can get a beautiful view of the city from here. The park also has a botanical garden, zoo and two swimming pools.

Plaza De Armas

Plaza De Armas is the main plaza of Santiago, here is where the national cathedral is located, the place has significant historic value.
