Tajikistan is a mountainous country with close to 93% of it’s area being mountains thus Tajikistan is a good destination for trekking and mountaineering, Tajikistan also has a rich history as it was on the crossroads of the ancient silk road route, there are many a historic sites and sightseeing destinations many historic sites are in bad condition, one of Tajikistan’s attraction is also it’s ancient Persian culture and it’s customs and traditions, Dushanbe is the capital city of Tajikistan other important destination being Khojand.
