Marigot

Marigot is the capital of the French side of Saint Martin, it was originally a fishing village but today it is a typical Caribbean town with local markets and all. The most important building in Marigot today is Fort St. Louis which was built by King Louis XVI under whom Marigot was named and made the capital.
