South SUDAN

South Sudan became the newest country on the planet on 9 July 2011 at midnight when it seperated from rest of Sudan. The country is rich in oil but yet it's very much under-developed and a victim of years of civil war. The White Nile passes through the capital Juna and country has varied landscape ranging from forests, swamps to grasslands.
