Kabala

Kabala is one of five districts in the north of Sierra Leone. The city is situated 75 miles away from the Guinean border and 42 miles from the northern capital of Makeni, before the war started in March 1991 Kabala was a bustling town but since 1991, Kabala has suffered many RUF rebel attacks.
