Novi Sad

Novi Sad is situated on the Danube River between Budapest and Belgrade in the northern region of Serbia. Novi Sad is a pleasant city on the banks of the Danube River; the city was founded in 1694. Novi Sad is the hub for trade and culture for the whole region and for visitors Novi Sad has attractions like the Old Town Hall, Church of the great martyr St. George, art galleries and museums, theatres and more.

Petrovaradin

Petrovaradin is a fortress which is located across the river Danube, today the place houses a museum, small art studios, few clubs, a small Observatory, Planetarium and a few cafes. Also there is the Exit Summer Fest, the largest music festival in the South-Eastern Europe which happens here.

Museums

There are some good museums in Novi Sad like the Foreign art collection and Vojvodina Museum.
