Belgrade
Belgrade is the capital and largest city of Serbia; it is also one of the oldest cities of Europe. The city became and was the capital Yugoslavia, up to 2006, when Serbia became independent. After the war Serbia is now opening up to visitors and Belgrade is fast becoming a popular tourist destination. The city has beautiful and diversified architecture, the name Belgrade means White city.

Belgrade Fortress
Belgrade Fortress is situated on the site of the former fortified settlement; the fortress has been destroyed and rebuilt many a time, the fortress we see today was built in mid-18th century. The fortress overlooks the confluence of rivers Danube and Sava.

National Museum
The national museum if one of the best if not the best museum in Belgrade, the museum was founded in 1844 and has more than 400000 exhibits and artifacts on display some being rare art pieces and more.

The Temple of Saint Sava is dedicated to Saint Sava; founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the temple is one of the most monumental buildings in the city. The Sveti Sava Temple is said to be the largest Orthodox Church in the world
