Riyadh is the capital and the largest city of Saudi Arabia, in Arabic the name Riyadh means 'Gardens', the city today is a bustling modern metropolis and is served by the King Khalid International Airport. Riyadh has modern infrastructure with high-rise buildings dominating the skyline. For visitors the city has strict Islamic codes and thus visitors should respect them and observe them.

National Museum is probably the top site in Riyadh, the museum opened in 1999 and has facilities such as mini-theatres and video presentations, one can learn a lot about the history of KSA here with virtual tours and all.

Dariyah
Dariyah is an old village just 20 km outside Riyadh; the village has a few palaces and interesting buildings which dates back to the 1920-1930s.
