Jeddah

Jeddah is located on the coast of the Red Sea; it is also spelled as Jiddah. The city is the financial hub of the country and probably the most cosmopolitan city in the country. Jeddah has remained an important port city over the years, it is also gateway to Mecca for Muslims and for Non Muslims it is as far as they can come near to Mecca

The Old City

The old city of Jeddah is a protected area; there are many ancient buildings here build from coral, two houses to check out here are the Sharbatly House and the Naseef House also there is local busy markets named Souq al-Alawi here
