Yamoussoukro
Yamoussoukro is the capital of Cote d'Ivoire but Abidjan is still where everything happens probably the idea that the town will become busy capital city never fructified, actually former president Felix Houpouet Boigny wanted his native village to turn into a big city and thus he spent lots of money on Yamoussoukro, the result huge government buildings, a big cathedral, Houpouets Palace and eight-lane highways.
