Payment

Full payment must be made 3 weeks prior to the arrival of the clients

Rates & Services

All rates are quoted nett to agent in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Include in the tour prices are transfers & sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicle, accommodation (Twin-shared basis), all meals as mentioned in each itinerary in local restaurants, English speaking accompanied throughout guide, entrance fees, domestic airfares and services as shown in each tour itinerary. Not included in the tour prices are visa fees, airport tax and personal expenses.

Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written notice is received. Cancellation fees are as follows:-

Group Discount

Every 16th member of a group will be given complimentary subject to a maximum limit of 4 members.

Guide Services

All the land arrangements are accompanied by local English speaking guides. Cost of services for language guides accompanying througout will be of additional charges.

Refund

After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the programmers which are not utilized by the clients.

Visa Information

We can arrange Visa on arrival for your trip to Myanmar. We need your full name on the passport and number, scanned passport size of your photo, date of birth, occupation, father's name, home address, nationality and your Int'l flight details 3 weeks working days prior to your arrival, in order of us to get permission from the Tourism Regulation Department and then submit it to the Immigration Department.

After your Visa is approved, we will inform your international flight to let you check in without a Visa in your passport. So it is important for us to know your international flight number and your booking reference(PNR).

Visa fees is USD 20.00 per person and our service fees is USD 50 per person.

The Visa on arrival letter will arrange for the person who take full package tour or who at least taking our services like Accommodation, Flight, Car and Guide etc.. from us or according to the rules and regulations from the ministry.
