Bishkek
Bishkek is now the capital of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, it is situated in the north of the country, it is only big city in Bishkek, Bishkek was called Pishpek and then Frunze and finally in 1991 it was renamed Bishkek. Today, Bishkek is a modern city with vast squares, crowded bazaars, impressive administrative centers, educational institutions, public parks, restaurants, museums, and cinemas. It is also a major industrial center.

There are many a museums in Bishkek some prominent ones being The Museum of Fine Arts, Historical Museum, Manas Museum, Mikhail Frunze Museum, Aaly Tokombaev House Museum these museums has an intersesting array of artifacts and exhibits.

Ala Archa Gorge
Ala-Archa gorge in Kyrgyz means bright juniper, it is situated very close to the Bishkek near about 40 kms from Bishkek, it’s a great destination for climbing as it have peaks with altitudes from 4,000 m to 5,000 m above the sea level it can be sometime wild and dangerous, one can enjoy nature to the fullest here especially the birds and The Alamedin River.

Karakol Ski Base is a great destination for skiing, at 3040 meters, this is the highest ski resort in Central Asia.
