Tarawa
Tarawa is not a single town but a group of islets surrounded by a coral atoll, the island is known by outsiders as being the site of the Battle of Tarawa during World War II, Tarawa is the location of the capital of the Republic of Kiribati, the main attractions of Tarawa is it’s idyllic beaches, one can indulge in diving and game fishing once in Tarawa but if you are looking for an ideal holiday destination then probably Kiribati is not for you.
