Reykjavik
Reykjavík is the capital of Iceland, it’s world's most northern national capital. The city was founded in 1786 and is believed to be the location of the first permanent settlement in Iceland, Reykjavík is highly modernized capital of one of the most developed countries in the world, Reykjavik receives only four hours of daylight per day in the depth of winter; during the summer the nights are almost as bright as the days.

Hallgrimur's Church (Hallgrimskirkja)
Hallgrimur's Church (Hallgrimskirkja) is named after Iceland’s poet, Rev. Hallgrimur Petursson, Hallgrimur's Church is on top of a hill and is the 74-meter tall, the church was completed in 1986.

Museums
Iceland is rich in history and hence has many a museums, some of the important ones being Open-Air Folk Museum, National Museum of Iceland, Reykjavik City Museum and Saga Museum. All the museums here have a rich collection of artifacts and exhibits.
