Pecs

Pécs is the fifth largest city of Hungary and is located in the south-west of the country. Pécs is a city with a Mediterranean atmosphere, a city with narrow streets winding uphill, orchards full of fruits, vineyards and more, there are a number of open-air festivals held in Pecs, Pécs has been selected to be the European Capital of Culture in 2010 sharing the title together with Essen and Istanbul.
