Haiti is mountainous two third of it’s area are mountains, Haiti has a colorful destination but it remains a unsafe place to travel, Haiti is a poor country and is very volatile, UN peace keeping forces are in Haiti to stabilize the internal situation, street gangs and other criminal elements are very active and the crime rates are very high, Port-au-Prince is the capital city of Haiti other city of importance being Cap-Haitien.
