Rupununi Savanna

The Rupununi savannah is located in Guyana located between the Rupununi River and the Brazilian border, Rupununi savannah is the site of the spectacular Kaieteur Falls, the region is full of trees, birds and other wildlife. During the wet season (May – August) the region is usually flooded also a permit is required from the Home Affair's Ministry to visit the region.
