Grenada

Grenada is a mountainous island, it has beautiful beaches, mountains and small towns. There are also rivers, waterfalls, rainforests and mountain lakes which make Grenada very rich in natural beauty, There are many festivals, fairs and markets on the island, much a celebration type of island. The tourism industry of Grenada is just taking pace and is still relatively small, Grenada is a great getaway for those wanting to be secluded from the main resort vacations.

Grand Etang Road

On the journey on the Grand Etang Road one will pass waterfalls and hiking trails. Journey on this road is truly a rainforest adventure. There are waterfalls namely the Annandale falls, this is a 30ft waterfall deep enough for swimming and national parks namely the Grand Estang National Park along the way, the Grand Etang Road cuts across the mountainous centre of the island through the Grand Etang Forest Reserve.

Grand Anse

Grand Anse is Grenada's main resort area it is a long stretch of white sand surrounded by turquoise blue water and hills. Places like these give Grenada the tropical paradise image that it has, one can relax or chill out or just enjoy the sun in one of the resorts.

Sauteurs

Sauteurs is the largest town on Grenada's northern coast, the 130ft high coastal cliffs is present here, looking down you can see the fishing boats and the village beach, there are also brilliant rock formations and beautiful nearby islands.
