Old warehouse district

Natively called the Speicherstadt, this ancient brick building built on oak stilts is the largest warehouse complex. Known as the storage city district, it was famous for Kaffeeborse (coffee exchange). Revel in the smells of roasted coffee and exotic spices, whiff of cocoa and freshly opened carpets. This is your answer to medieval portraits to 20th century classics, all housed under one roof. Factually, its two buildings linked by an underground passage. What beholds your attention is the altarpiece painted for St. Petrikirche’s Church in 1379. Now, that’s some antique thing.

Manor Emkendorf

Moated castle Siehagen
