Nicosia is the capital of Cyprus and by far the largest city on the island. It is the administrative and financial hub of the island, Nicosia is locally known as Lefkosia, the city is located on the Pedieos river, Nicosia is a modern, dynamic capital with lots of shops, shopping malls and restaurants.
