Playa del Ingles & Maspalomas

Las Palmas is the capital and is in the north of the island, the main language is Spanish, the island has constant sunshine all year round but if you're really unlucky it may rain, the island is at its most green and lush in March after the winter rain, the airport is half way down the east coast and Playa del Ingles is on the southern-most point. Playa del Ingles has the best weather and is usually warmer and drier than Las Palmas.
