Luanda

Luanda is the capital of Angola, there are lovely beaches south of Luanda in a radius of 35 kilometers. Luanda can be described as a ‘off the beaten path’ kind of destination but there are also typical African tourist attractions like the shanty towns built in and around burned out factories.

Mussulo

Mussulo is about 10km south of Luanda, it is a 50 km strip of land that stretches down the coast of Angola from Luanda.

Kissama National Park

Kissama National Park is a very big reserve south of Luanda and a top draw for visitors visiting Luanda, one can enjoy the wildlife of Luanda and Africa in general in the Kissama National Park.

Museums

There are also many a museums and sites of historic importance in Luanda like the Museu Escravidao, Slavery Museum, the National Monument and more.
